1. Digital Products Policy

Because our book is delivered immediately upon purchase as a downloadable digital file (PDF format), all sales are generally considered final once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We want every reader and scholar to have a seamless experience. We gladly issue a full refund ($8.00 USD) under the following conditions within 14 days of purchase:

• Technical Failure / Corrupted File: You are unable to download or open the PDF file, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
• Duplicate Charges: You were accidentally billed more than once for the same transaction.
• Unfulfilled Orders: Your payment was processed, but no download access was generated or emailed to you.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

• Accidental purchase where the file has already been successfully downloaded.
• Change of mind after receiving and reading the digital document.
• Requests made after 14 days from the date of purchase.
